Intero – The Sniffers, provider of emission management and pipeline integrity services, is pleased to announce that it has merged with TP Europe. TP Europe is a dedicated service provider delivering similar comprehensive emission monitoring programs to the oil and gas industry.
This strategic merger, effective as of 12 December 2024, reflects Intero – The Sniffers’ commitment to expanding its capabilities and strengthening its position in the marketplace.
The merger is expected to create substantial synergies, elevate service offerings and drive accelerated innovation, benefiting their customers and stakeholders.
