Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure Ltd. announces definitive agreement to sell Pioneer Pipeline
An agreement has been reached with regards to the previously announced sale of the Pioneer Pipeline to NOVA Gas Transmission Ltd., for total cash consideration of CAN$255 million.
