NEB to extend participaton time for Energy East hearing
The National Energy Board (NEB or Board) will be re-opening the application to participate process (ATP) for a one week period, from 10 - 17 March, 2015.
The NEB had been made aware that there were some technical difficulties with the NEB website for short periods of time during the Energy East ATP process. As a result, the Board has decided to re-open the ATP process for one week, 10 - 17 March 2015. The additional week provides sufficient opportunity to those who may have been impacted by the technical difficulties.
The Board continues to evaluate the over 1800 applications that were received between 3 February and 3 March 2015 to determine which applicants will be approved to participate.
There are an additional five information sessions being held over the next week. This is in addition to the 69 sessions previously offered regarding ATP. Further, NEB Process Advisors continue to be available to assist all individuals applying to participate.
