TransCanada’s Prince Rupert gas transmission project has signed an agreement with 12 hereditary chiefs of the Gitxsan Nation.
While the Canadian Prime Minister has announced the rejection of the Northern Gateway project, he has approved the expansion of the Trans Mountain and Line 3 pipelines.
Prince Rupert Gas Transmission has signed a pipeline project agreement with 12 Gitxsan hereditary chiefs. The agreement outlines economic and employment benefits in addition to other commitments that will be provided for as long as the project is in-service.
PHMSA has announced an upcoming public meeting with its new pipeline safety Voluntary Information-Sharing System Working Group on 19 December.
