Atlas announces Q3 2014 results

Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. have announced the Board of Directors of APL has approved the 2014 third quarter distribution and management has set a date and time to provide further information and details on the financial and operational results for the third quarter of 2014.

The Partnership has declared a quarterly cash distribution for the third quarter of 2014 of US$ 0.64 per common limited partner unit, payable Friday, 14 November, 2014 to holders of record as of Monday, 10 November, 2014. The Partnership is expecting to have distributable cash flow coverage for the distribution of approximately 1.2x for the third quarter of 2014.

"We are pleased to increase the distribution for the third quarter, which is not only at a higher level than the previous quarter, but also with increased distribution coverage. As we continue to invest in our assets and serve all of our customer's growth plans, cash flows should continue to increase to the benefit of all stakeholders," commented Eugene Dubay, Chief Executive Officer of the Partnership.
