New management for DNV GL’s Noble Denton marine services

DNV GL has appointed Neil Fraser as its new head of Noble Denton marine services in the UK and West Africa. The role will focus on marine warranty, marine advisory/assurance, technical assurance, and advanced engineering services.
Neil has worked with DNV GL for more than 25 years and has held a number of senior positions within the company in the UK, West Africa, and most recently, in South America. He recently returned to the UK after nearly four years based in Rio de Janeiro as the company’s Area Manager South America responsible for all classification and maritime advisory service lines.
“We are providing services in a very dynamic market, where our customers are demanding high quality, delivered in an efficient and transparent manner. Digital solutions and exploring new ways of working are high on our stakeholders agenda, and I am very much looking forward to engaging with the market,” said Neil Fraser, Head of Department, Noble Denton marine services.
Noble Denton marine services has secured a number of projects in recent years. Notably, marine warranty services on large, groundbreaking decommissioning contracts in the North Sea, at the Shah Deniz development in Azerbaijan, and in the West African major oil fields.
“Going forward, we will build on our track record and focus on delivering high quality and transparent services for the offshore oil, gas and renewables sectors,” added Fraser. “Our customers, more than ever, demand a service portfolio that is integrated and we will seek to demonstrate value by providing a holistic delivery that utilises the full depth and capability of DNV GL.”
