Energy Transfer Partners’ quarterly cash distribution

Energy Transfer Partners, L.P., today announced a US$0.02 increase in its quarterly distribution to US$1.035 per ETP common unit (US$4.14 annualised) for the quarter ended 30 June 2015.
The quarterly distribution of US$1.035 represents a distribution increase of US$0.32 per common unit on an annualised basis, or 8.4%, compared to the second quarter of 2014 and represents an annualised distribution increase of US$0.08 per common unit compared to the first quarter of 2015. This marks the eighth consecutive quarter that ETP has raised its distribution. The cash distribution will be paid on 14 August 2015 to unitholders of record as of the close of business on 6 August 2015.
ETP expects to release earnings for the second quarter of 2015 on 5 August 2015, after the market closes. ETP and Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. – which owns the general partner of ETP – will conduct a joint conference call on 6 August 2015 to discuss their quarterly results.
