American Midstream: financial update

American Midstream Partners, LP., has announced that the Board of Directors of its general partner declared a quarterly cash distribution of US$0.4725 per common unit, or US$1.89 per unit on an annualised basis.
The second quarter 2015 distribution remains unchanged from the previous and represents an increase of US$0.01 per unit, or 2.2%, compared to the distribution for the second quarter 2014.
Additional information
The distribution will be paid 14 August 2015, to unitholders of record as of the close of business 5 August 2015, together with the general partner of American Midstream Partners, LP.
The ex-dividend date is 3 August 2015.
