The Extraordinary General Meeting of Gas Transmission Operator GAZ-SYSTEM S.A. adopted a resolution to appoint Mr Marcin Kapkowski to the Management Board of the Company entrusting him the function of the Vice President as of 1 March 2020.
Marcin Kapkowski is a trained automation engineer. For several years, he acted as management board member of various companies as well as the president of a large capital group. He has gained international experience through his long-term engagement with a Swedish corporation. Throughout nearly 20 years of his professional career, he has been active in many different branches of industry, from steel to machinery and mining.
