EQT announces joint venture with Blackstone for midstream assets
Under the terms of the agreement BXCI will provide EQT US$3.5 billion of cash consideration in exchange for a non-controlling common equity interest in the JV.

EIA: Global natural gas market may experience a tighter supply-demand balance this winter
The US Energy Information Administration (EIA) has reported that if Europe and Asia experience colder temperatures this winter than in the past two years, global supply-demand balances could tighten, leading to elevated natural gas prices and potential price spikes.
