Triark Pumps named a finalist at 2016 PIA

On 10 March 2016, the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Heythrop Park in Oxfordshire, is to host the 2016 Pump Industry Awards (PIA). The awards, which are in association with the BPMA, celebrate the professional excellence of successful individuals and outstanding businesses leading the way within the sector.
There are eight categories for 2016:
- Technical Innovation of the Year – Products
- Technical Innovation of the Year – Projects
- Environmental Contribution of the Year
- Manufacturer of the Year
- Distributor of the Year
- Supplier of the Year
- Engineer of the Year
- Life-time achievement award
The evening commences with a champagne reception, which is followed by a meal and the presentation ceremony where the finalists in each category are showcased and presented with certificates. The winners receive a Pump Industry Award and winner’s certificate.
“This year, the awards are focusing on manufacture and supply, including innovation and achievement, energy saving, engineering excellence, customer care and employee motivation,” said the Pump Industry Awards.
“The quality of entries for 2016 was excellent, with our judging panel commenting that this was one of the best judging sessions to date, with the level of innovation being most impressive,” added Steve Schofield, Director and Chief Executive BPMA.
Triark Pumps is a finalist in the ‘Distributor of the Year’ category for the second year running. The UK-based distributor supplies diaphragm pumps to the local and international markets.
"I have watched the BPMA Industry Awards grow over the years and am honoured to have again been noted as an Industry leader by our Peers. Our customers have helped Triark Pumps become one of the industry’s most revered Companies and I’m looking forward to rubbing shoulders with the giants from the world of pumps again this year," remarked David Rozee, Managing Director of Triark Pumps.
