Perma-Pipe cancels treasury stock

World Pipelines,
Perma-Pipe International Holdings, Inc. has announced that on 26 July 2022, it cancelled 239 168 shares of treasury stock representing all the treasury shares held by the company on that date.
On 4 October 2021, the Board of Directors authorised a US$3 million, 12 month stock repurchase programme. Currently, US$965 000 of the initial US$3 million remains available for future purchases.
