EnerMech has appointed Celestino Maússe to the newly created role of Mozambique country manager as the company seeks to expand its business.

The integrated subsea technology and services provider will develop a new R&D and engineering facility in Aberdeenshire, UK.

The two companies have agreed to sell a 25% minority interest in Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America LLC for US$830 million.

Global Lifting Awareness Day will take place on 8 July 2021.
