Rose Rock Midstream increases distributions on limited partner units

Rose Rock Midstream®, L.P. has announced that the Board of Directors of its general partner has declared a cash distribution for the fourth quarter of 2014 of US$0.620 per unit, or US$2.48 per unit on an annualised basis. This distribution represents an increase of approximately 7.8% over the prior quarter's distribution of US$0.575 per unit, and an approximately 33.3% increase over the fourth quarter of 2013 quarterly distribution of US$0.465 per unit.

The distribution will be paid on 13 February 2015 to all unitholders of record on 3 February 2015. On 1 January 2015, 3.75 million Class A Units converted to Common Units and will also receive this distribution. Rose Rock also announced today that its 2014 tax package, which includes the Schedule K-1 (Form 1065), will be available online on 4 March 2015.
