Brown Integrity acquires Pipeline Services International

Brown Integrity, a leading pipeline hydrostatic testing and integrity services provider, has announced it has completed the acquisition of Pipeline Services International (PSI) of Houston, Texas.

PSI's location will serve as a base for both the Houston and offshore markets. Gordon Barksdale, President of PSI, will serve as a Division Manager with responsibility for Houston operations, offshore markets and international business.
