Transneft Diascan, the largest Russian supplier of technical inspection services in respect of pipelines and tanks, has successfully completed its OHSAS 18001:2007 audit to confirm its compliance with international standards for its Occupational Health Management System (OHMS), Environmental Management System (EMS) and Energy Management System (EnMS).
The certification is valid for a period of three years.
Transneft Diascan’s environmental management system was confirmed to be compliant with the ISO 14001:2015 international standard and the company was awarded a certificate of conformity for three years with annual confirmation.
An external certification audit was carried out to inspect the energy management system in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 50001:2011 international standard. The audit confirmed the compliance and effective alignment of Transneft Diascan’s EnMS processes with the requirements of the global standard and resulted in the awarded of a certificate which is valid for two years.
The certification of occupational health, environmental and energy management systems for compliance with international standards supports the implementation of the Transneft Integrated Policy in Occupational Safety, Energy Efficiency, Industrial and Environmental Safety. This focusses on the company’s highest priorities of ensuring the protection and health of its employees, increasing energy efficiency, ensuring industrial safety and protecting the environment.
