Hoover secures crude oil dedication in the Delaware Basin

World Pipelines,

Hoover Energy Partners LP and its affiliate Hoover Energy Texas Crude LLC (Hoover) has executed two new substantial crude oil gathering agreements in the southern Delaware Basin.

Both agreements are with an active producer in Reeves County, Texas. The resulting long term dedication of an estimated 33 000 gross acres will underwrite initial construction of 20 miles of crude gathering and the connection of multiple crude oil batteries. All expansions will interconnect with Hoover's existing 12 in. Pecos Crossing crude oil pipeline with delivers into Plains All American Pipeline.

Hoover President and Chief Operating Officer said, "We are very happy to have consummated this most recent gathering and transportation agreement in the southern Delaware Basin. This agreement, coupled with previous deals, brings our dedicated acreage total for crude oil to 238 000 gross acres."

“Hoover’s crude oil infrastructure continues growing, with operational and under-construction facilities now totaling 98 miles. Producers continue to see success in far southern Reeves County and into Pecos County, were we will complete the expansion of our 12 in. crude oil mainline by early April 2014. We also continue to maintain our position as the most diverse provider of midstream services in the Delaware Basin while expanding our natural gas and water disposal infrastructure with over 194 000 gross dedicated acres.”
