ESAB Welding & Cutting Products showcases its most iconic welding and cutting projects with the launch of its Iconic Stories landing page at www.esab.com/iconic.
The landing page demonstrates how ESAB is at the core of impressive projects around the globe, from world-class sports stadiums to award-winning airport terminals.
ESAB’s Iconic Stories spotlight remarkable users and applications in North and South America, Europe, Russia and Asia.
The stories featured illustrate the fundamental nature of ESAB’s welding and cutting technology used in environments from the ocean floor to outer space.
The stories cover market segments from power generation, transport and mobile machinery to shipbuilding and offshore.
They include ESAB’s contribution of high-performance welding and cutting equipment and consumables to transform Brazil’s legendary Maracanã Stadium, the 2014 FIFA World Cup venue; the welding of nearly half a million parts and more than 1000 t of consumables to build the Oasis of the Seas, one of the world’s largest cruise ships; the use of ESAB’s heavy-duty CNC cutting equipment to fabricate the ATP Titan, the first ever deep-water offshore drilling and production platform in the US, as well as others.
