Three groups, led by Macquarie Group, Engie SA and Mubadala Development Co, are readying their offers, according to three anonymous sources.

STATS Group is celebrating two decades in business with the award of its largest contract to date.

The company reported a 4Q17 net income loss of US$342 million, a US$487 million decrease from 4Q16. For the year the company reported a net income gain of US$871 million, a US$440 million improvement when compared to FY16 results.
