Open season for the Sacagawea Pipeline

World Pipelines,

Sacagawea Pipeline Company, LLC, an affiliate of Paradigm Energy Partners, LLC has announced the launch of a binding open season to assess interest in transportation service on the proposed Sacagawea Pipeline.

The Sacagawea Pipeline project is being developed to deliver crude oil from various points south of Lake Sacagawea in and around Johnson’s Corner and Keene, in McKenzie County, North Dakota, to destinations with takeaway options for both rail and pipe in Palermo and Stanley, North Dakota. SPC has received significant shipper interest in committing to the project, and based on such, anticipates receiving sufficient shipper commitments to proceed with the project. All potential customers will have an equal opportunity to obtain capacity in the project and must submit binding commitments prior to the conclusion of the open season process.

The Open Season will commence as of 8 a.m. Central Time on Tuesday, 14 October, 2014 and will end at 5 p.m. Central Time on 14 November 2014. Shippers that have an interest in participating in the Sacagawea Pipeline Open Season are invited to sign the Confidentiality Agreement.

Potential shippers that wish to become Committed Shippers must complete, execute and submit two copies of a TSA no later than 5 p.m. Central Time on 14 November, 2014, via hand delivery, courier, fax, or e-mail to the contact listed in this section below. SPC reserves the right, within its sole discretion, to choose not to execute any TSAs and to not pursue the project, and the submission of an executed TSA by a potential shipper does not obligate SPC to execute such TSA.
