Synodon Inc. (Synodon, or the corporation) announced that Deborah Rodrigo, the company's Chief Financial Officer, has resigned effective 11 April 2016 for personal reasons.
Paul van Eeden, the Company's Executive Chairman, stated: "On behalf of Synodon's staff and shareholders I would like to thank Ms. Rodrigo for her dedication, hard work and leadership, especially during the past year, which has been a year of transition here at Synodon. Deb consistently demonstrated unwavering dedication and was never afraid to tackle any problem, or put in an inordinate amount of effort to ensure whatever needed to get done, got done. We will all miss Deb and I personally would like to say that it has been a pleasure and a privilege to work beside her."
