The winners of the 2023 IPLOCA Awards were announced during the OGMs held at the Annual Convention in Vancouver, Canada.
The IPLOCA awards are intended to reward those companies that are in the lead in their search for excellence. The winning entries are:
2023 Health & Safety Award sponsored by TC Energy
This award recognises exemplary success in improving health and safety. The Adjudication Committee decided to award the prize to SICIM for its "Bending Safe Hook Support".
2023 New Technologies Award sponsored by BP
It acknowledges a significant contribution to innovation in pipeline construction. Adjudication Committee decided to award the prize to PIPESAK for its "PipeDefender Rock Protection System".
2023 Quality Award sponsored by TC Energy
In recognising an exemplary achievement in improving quality of design, quality of materials and quality of execution, the Adjudication Committee decided to award the prize to SAIPEM for its initiative called "REFLEX".
2023 Corporate Social Responsibility Award sponsored by TotalEnergies
This award is to appreciate exemplary success in voluntarily improving the quality of life of the local community and society at large. The Adjudication Committee decided to award the prize to CONSOLIDATED CONTRACTORS COMPANY (CCC) for its initiative called "Building Resilience and Self Reliance of Young Women Farmers".
