Enlink Midstream to appoint new Senior VP

EnLink Midstream, LLC and EnLink Midstream Partners, LP have announced that Alaina K. Brooks has been selected to succeed Joe A. Davisas, Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary, pending approval by the boards of directors. Davis is resigning following nine years of service to EnLink Midstream (formerly known as Crosstex Energy).

Brooks has served in several legal roles within EnLink Midstream since joining the company in 2008, most recently as Deputy General Counsel. In her new role, she will serve on EnLink Midstream’s Senior Leadership Team, as well as lead the company’s legal and regulatory functions. Before joining the company in 2008, Brooks practiced law at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLPand Baker Botts L.L.P., where she counseled clients on matters of complex commercial litigation, risk management and taxation. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University School of Law and Bachelor of Science and Masterof Science degrees in accounting from Oklahoma State University.
