Gazprom’s shares included in top quotation list of Moscow Exchange

The Moscow Exchange has included Gazprom's shares in the First Level of the List of Securities Admitted to Exchange Trading.

The First Level is the top quotation list shaped by the brand new listing rules of the Moscow Exchange, unifying securities which were – until today – a part of Quotation Lists A, Level 1 and Level 2.

Inclusion of Gazprom's shares into the top quotation list expands the range of potential Russian investors in the Company's securities, first of all, through companies managing pension savings and insurance reserves. It is a significant result of Gazprom's consistent efforts aimed at streamlining the corporate governance in the Company.
