Perma-Pipe announces share repurchase programme

Perma-Pipe International Holdings, Inc. has announced that its Board of Directors has authorised the use of US$965 000 remaining under the share repurchase programme previously approved on 4 October 2021 that expired on 3 October 2022. Share repurchases may be executed through open market or in privately negotiated transactions over the course of the next 12 months.
The specific number of shares that the company will ultimately repurchase, and the actual timing, per share price and amount of share repurchases, will be dependent on then current market conditions and other factors.
