Plains All American Pipeline, L.P. and Plains GP Holdings, L.P. have announced plans to release quarterly earnings and hold their earnings webcasts and conference calls during 2016 according to the following schedule:

4Q and full-year 2015 earnings:

• Monday, 8 February 2016 – earnings release to be issued after NYSE market close.
• Tuesday, 9 February 2016 – webcast and conference call to be held at 11:00 a.m. ET.

1Q16 earnings:

• Wednesday, 4 May 2016 – earnings release to be issued after NYSE market close.
• Thursday, 5 May 2016 – webcast and conference call to be held at 11:00 a.m. ET.

2Q16 earnings:

• Tuesday, 2 August 2016 – earnings release to be issued after NYSE market close.
• Wednesday, 3 August 2016 – webcast and conference call to be held at 11:00 a.m. ET.

3Q16 earnings:

• Wednesday, 2 November 2016 – earnings release to be issued after NYSE market close.
• Thursday, 3 November 2016 – webcast and conference call to be held at 11:00 a.m. ET.
