Cross Country Pipeline Supply acquires Sideline

Cross Country Pipeline Supply Co., Inc. (CCPS), has acquired Sideline Specialty Equipment (SSE), and has consequently entered the Canadian market. CCPS is a leading equipment and supplies provider to the domestic oil and gas pipeline construction industry.
With offices in Texas and Alberta (Canada), SSE is a provider of specialised equipment and support for pipeline projects around the globe. SSE provides innovative equipment, solutions, and services for a wide variety of pipeline projects.
Comment from CCPS

Bill Marhofer, President of SSE’s US operation, and Tim Martin, President of the Canadian operation, will join CCPS in senior operational and business development roles; both have more than years’ experience in the industry.
