Technip has been certified as a Top Global Employer 2015
Technip has been certified as one of the first five companies in the world as a Top Employer Global 2015. The Global Certification is a new recognition delivered by the Top Employers Institute. This independent certification underlines the quality and consistency of Technip’s human resources (HR) practices and policies around the globe. It also recognises that the company strives to improve continuously its employment practices. It also showcases Technip’s dedication to develop talent throughout the organisation by globally creating the optimal conditions for employees to grow, professionally.
The Top Employers Institute, a specialist in the field of international research into HR management and working conditions, has just completed this year’s research into the HR policies and practices of a large number of employers across various countries. The organisations examined were assessed based on several criteria covering all HR aspects, such as talent strategy, learning and development, career management, compensation and benefits, or culture. For the first time since its creation in 1991, the Top Employers Institute launched the global certification which recognises first-class employee offerings, globally and equally.
Thierry Parmentier, Technip’s Group Human Resources Director, commented: “We have ambitious HR policies and practices, and we apply them everywhere we operate to provide our 38 000 employees professional development and international opportunities, regardless of their gender, geographical origin or background. For the last five years Technip has been recognised as a Top Employer in various countries and regions. This new Global Top Employer certification is positive evidence that we make every effort for our people, who are at the cornerstone of all our successes, to take them further”.
Top Employers Institute’s Chief Executive Officer, David Plink, stated: “Technip has been certified in various regions throughout the world and is a perfect example of a company who has harmonised its operations in a way which has not only benefited its employees but also its operational efficiency on a global scale.”
