The ROSEN Group, leading providers of cutting-edge integrity solutions, continues to implement its North Sea growth strategy, by announcing the opening of a new Aberdeen office.
Since opening the new office on Queen’s Road, ROSEN are already working with several of the major operators in the North Sea providing pipeline integrity, asset life extension and corrosion management services.
Acting as a hub for the company’s North Sea integrity consultancy services, ROSEN’s Aberdeen base is headed up by Technical Manager, Bryn Roberts, who brings with him over 25 years of experience in integrity, materials, corrosion and welding engineering for both service companies and oil and gas operators.
Discussing the company’s expansion into the city, Bryn said: “Whilst the ROSEN Integrity name is relatively new to Aberdeen, we have been providing integrity consultancy here since 2001 under the auspices of MACAW Engineering.
“ROSEN’s decision to invest in Aberdeen creates a powerful team of local integrity experts focussed on North Sea projects. The whole team has significant operational and consultancy experience, supported by the 160 strong Newcastle based office.
“In this respect, we are unique in the city, providing our clients with a highly strategic, highly flexible, holistic integrity management service.”
Demonstrating an on-going commitment to the North Sea, the next 24 months will see Rosen’s Aberdeen base increase in size to at least 20 personnel, reflecting an investment in both established industry expertise and the development of recent graduates.
