On 9 August 2023, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) staff sent the 36th report to Congress on progress made in licensing and construction of the Alaska natural gas pipeline.
The report provides an update from the FERC’s 35th report which was submitted in February 2023.
As previously stated, at TransCanada Alaska Company, LLC’s request, the FERC terminated the prefile review process for the Alaska Pipeline Project. FERC staff had no further progress to report.
The report can be found here.
